Chris holds a master’s degree from the University of Colorado, where he studied economics and finance, and has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal as a housing expert. Over more than 20 years in the industry, Chris and his team have earned dozens of awards and recognitions from publications including Scotsman Guide, 5280 Magazine, and Mortgage Executive Magazine, while maintaining a 5-star customer rating on Google. He is also deeply involved in the community, including coaching high school cycling and contributing tens of thousands of dollars each year to local nonprofits.
Outside of Elevate, Chris enjoys skiing, cycling, and hockey. He lives with his wife, Sara, their daughter, Lucia, and twins, Jace and Siena—affectionately known as “the twin tornadoes.”

Guild mortgage was super easy to work with! The was the second time I tried to buy a house and the first time I backed out in because the mortgage people I was working with filled me in on very little and didn’t give me good number of what to expect at closing. Guild was very upfront the whole way and I didn’t have any surprises. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to get a home loan
