Chris, Lynn and the entire team were top-notch from start to finish. They had effective tools to manage and track progress. I was trying to manage the process from out of state with a hectic schedule. I particularly appreciated the regular updates on progress, next steps and gentle reminders if I was missing anything. Highly recommend!

Guild mortgage was super easy to work with! The was the second time I tried to buy a house and the first time I backed out in because the mortgage people I was working with filled me in on very little and didn’t give me good number of what to expect at closing. Guild was very upfront the whole way and I didn’t have any surprises. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to get a home loan

This is our second time working with Chris and his team and they are fantastic. One of our loans was really tricky and their team did the hard work to make sure everything went smooth at closing. They work with you to make sure you understand the process and answered all my questions. They’re a top notch team. Undoubtedly one of the best in Colorado.
